Data center digital twin, starting from your Revit model
A digital twin is only as good as the data it starts with. We make your Autodesk® Revit® data center model twin-ready: every rack, power panel and cooling unit with a clean ID, its A and B power path, and the parameters your twin platform needs. Then we build the export.
The model looks right, but the data isn't ready.
- Racks and equipment with missing or duplicate IDs
- Power paths drawn on the one-line but not stored in the model
- Parameters named differently in every model and every phase
- Asset lists re-keyed by hand into DCIM or the twin platform
- Geometry too heavy to load, or exported without its data
- Changes after handover that never reach the twin
Twin-ready data from Revit, checked and exported.
Asset IDs and parameters
One ID scheme for halls, rows, racks and equipment (DH1-A-03), shared parameters set up and filled across every model.
Power path data
Each rack's A and B feed stored in the model and checked against the one-line list your engineer provides. See the feed check demo.
Twin-readiness check
A report of what's missing per asset, system and building, before the data goes anywhere. Starts with a model health check.
Exports and connections
Repeatable exports to your twin platform, run by a button or overnight, so the twin keeps up with design changes.
Revit content
Rack, RPP, CDU and containment families with the parameters a twin needs, in the data center Revit kit.
Dashboards
Asset completeness and capacity by hall in Power BI, while the twin is being built.
You pick the twin. We get the Revit data into it.
Autodesk Tandem
Parameter mapping and setup so assets arrive with the data operators need.
DCIM systems
Import files for racks, positions and power connections, checked against the model.
COBie
Completeness checks and COBie export when the contract asks for it.
OpenUSD and NVIDIA Omniverse
Revit geometry and asset data prepared for OpenUSD-based twins, including the NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Blueprint.
Good to know. We prepare data and build tools. We don't run thermal, CFD or electrical simulations, and our outputs are not engineering results. Rules and values come from your engineer of record.
Start with one model.
| Option | Price (USD) | Estimated time |
|---|---|---|
| Model health check with twin-readiness notes | $500 per model | 3 business days after access |
| Pilot: one export or check automated | $750–$1,500 | 1–2 weeks |
| Full twin data pipeline | $4,000–$15,000 | set in your scope |
Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Twin platform licenses are not included.
Data center digital twin FAQ
What is a data center digital twin?
A digital model of the facility that stays linked to real data: equipment, racks, power paths and, in operation, live readings. Most twins start from the design and construction BIM, so the quality of the Revit data decides how useful the twin is.
Do you build the digital twin platform?
No. We prepare and check the Revit data and build the exports and connections. The twin platform is the one you choose, such as Autodesk Tandem, your DCIM system or NVIDIA Omniverse.
Do you run thermal or electrical simulations?
No. Simulations and engineering results come from your engineers and their tools. We make sure the model data they start from is complete and consistent.
Who owns the tools?
Work made only for you is assigned to you in writing once paid in full. See Security & IP.
Have a Revit task your team repeats every week?
Tell us about it. Within 2 business days of the call you get a written scope with a fixed price for a pilot or first phase, and an estimate range for anything bigger. No obligation.
