Is COBie required on every project?
No. COBie is required project by project through the contract, so we start from your contract's exact requirements.
Can you fill missing COBie data for us?
We fill gaps from your registers and submittals where the data exists, and list what is still missing for your team to supply. We don't invent values.
How much does a handover package cost?
A handover package costs $2,500 to $6,000. An integration with Autodesk Tandem or a DCIM system costs $4,000 to $15,000, set in a written scope.
