Who we help

Revit automation for every role on the project.

Pick your role. Each section lists common problems for this role, the tools we build for Autodesk® Revit® software and related products to fix them, where we recommend starting, and the browser demo to try first.

At a glance

Your role, your first step.

Every first step has a fixed price agreed in writing before work begins. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Times are estimates; your written scope sets the actual date.

General contractors & construction managers

For VDC teams that coordinate, check and report every week.

For VDC managers, BIM coordinators and project engineers who run coordination, check trade models and report to the owner. The tools cut the weekly copy-paste so your team can spend its time solving problems in the field.

Common problems for this role

  • Building the clash report by hand every week, then sorting out the false positives
  • Checking every trade model against the owner's BIM standard before each submission
  • Pulling data out of Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) for reports by copy and paste
  • Tracking prefab skids and modules in spreadsheets that drift away from the model
  • Chasing missing asset data for COBie and handover at the end of the job

What we build

MEP engineers & trade contractors

For power, cooling and prefab teams who keep the model and the one-line in sync.

For electrical and mechanical engineers, MEP BIM managers, and trade contractor VDC and prefab leads. On data center work the same racks, feeds and units repeat hundreds of times, so small rules save a lot of clicking.

Common problems for this role

  • Re-typing one-line diagram data into Revit equipment and panel parameters
  • Renumbering racks, panels and circuits after every layout change
  • Placing and tagging CRAH units, CDUs and manifolds by hand every time rack density changes
  • Spool and assembly sheets are the bottleneck between VDC and the shop
  • Checking cable tray fill against your limits one run at a time
  • Families and shared parameters built for low-density, air-cooled halls

What we build

We don't do engineering design. Our tools apply rules and values that your engineer of record provides. Their outputs are drafting and data aids, not engineering calculations, code-compliance reviews or sealed documents. Your licensed professionals review the results and remain responsible for the design.

Architects

For design teams with repeated buildings, floors and sheet sets.

For BIM managers, design technology leads and project architects. Data center campuses are the clearest case, but the same tools help on any building type where floors, units or whole buildings repeat.

Common problems for this role

  • Hundreds of sheets and views per building, set up again for every building on the campus
  • One prototype copied to many buildings, then IDs, sheet numbers and schedules fixed by hand
  • Families and templates nobody maintains, built for older projects
  • Each new Revit release breaks the add-ins and Dynamo graphs the team relies on
  • Names, parameters and view templates drifting from project to project

What we build

  • Sheet and view generators: every view and sheet for a hall or floor, created from an Excel list with your templates and naming.
  • Campus copy tools: the prototype copied to each building, with IDs re-prefixed (for example B2-DH1-A-01) and sheets rebuilt per building.
  • A company standards toolbar in pyRevit or Dynamo Player, with tools your own staff can run and maintain.
  • Model health checks: a person reviews your model against your standard and gives you a fix list in priority order.
  • Families and a project template: the data center kit, or content built to your own standard.
  • Upgrades: existing add-ins and graphs moved to the Revit versions you run.
BIM service providers

For modeling and production firms that need more output per person.

For BIM outsourcing, modeling and coordination firms. You know the production work. We build the tools that take the repeated steps out of it, and we can work quietly behind your brand.

Common problems for this role

  • Thin margins on fixed-fee production work
  • The same steps on every job: sheets, tags, parameter fill and QA
  • No in-house developer, or one developer with a long backlog
  • Each client has a different standard, so QA stays manual

What we build

  • Production toolbars in pyRevit or Dynamo for the steps your team repeats on every job.
  • C# add-ins when many people use a tool every day or it needs to be fast on big models.
  • QA checks per client standard, so each delivery is checked the same way before it leaves.
  • White-label tools: work made only for you is assigned to you in writing once paid in full, so you can deliver it under your own name.
  • A monthly retainer: an hours bank for fixes, small tools and upgrades, from $2,000 a month for 20 hours.
Owners & developers

For owners who want every team to deliver the same clean data.

For data center owners and developers, digital delivery and BIM leads, and the facilities teams who receive the model at turnover. Your standard becomes checks that run the same way on every project and every building.

Common problems for this role

  • Every design and construction team reads your BIM standard differently
  • Asset data at turnover is incomplete, so operations collects it again
  • Rack positions and power connections in the model don't match what goes into the DCIM system
  • No single view of model quality across buildings and campuses

What we build

COBie is required project by project through the contract (NIBS, COBie Version 3), so we start from your contract's exact requirements.

FAQ

Questions buyers usually ask

Do you only work on data centers?

No. Data centers are our specialty because they repeat so much, but the same tools work on any building type with repeated floors, rooms, equipment or whole buildings. If your team repeats a task in Revit models, we can look at it.

Do you do production modeling?

No. We build tools, checks and Revit content, not full project models. If you need production modeling, our tools can make your in-house team or your BIM service provider faster at it.

What software does our team need?

Full Autodesk Revit software or the AEC Collection. Revit LT doesn't run add-ins or Dynamo. Clash automation needs Navisworks Manage. Shared dashboards need Power BI licenses for viewers. Cloud jobs may incur APS usage fees, billed by Autodesk to your account; we estimate it before we build.

My role isn't listed. Can you still help?

Probably. Commissioning agents, estimators, fabrication shops and facilities teams all work with model data. Tell us the task on a scoping call and we'll tell you honestly whether a tool makes sense.
