About SS Technologies

Founder-led BIM automation for data center teams.

SS Technologies builds software that takes repeated work out of Autodesk® Revit® software and related tools, with a focus on data centers. We started in October 2026. You work directly with the person who writes your code.

Why we exist

Data center work repeats. Buying automation shouldn't be hard.

Data center projects are big, fast and repetitive. One design is built again across a campus, rack densities keep climbing, and much of the electrical and mechanical work is prefabricated. That's exactly where automation pays off.

But buying automation is often hard. Prices are hidden, scope is vague, and you don't always get the code. We started SS Technologies to make it simple: a clear scope in writing, published prices, and tools you own.

We specialize in data centers, and we work on other building types too. If your team repeats a task in Revit models, we want to hear about it.

What that means for you

  • Prices on the website, in US dollars, before you call
  • Within 2 business days of the call, a written scope with a fixed price for a pilot or first phase, and an estimate range for anything bigger
  • A written acceptance test you run on your own model
  • Full source code for work made only for you, assigned to you in writing once paid in full
  • One point of contact: the person who writes your code

The founder

You talk to the person who writes your code.

Shreyansh Shende

Founder · BIM automation specialist

Shreyansh Shende builds Revit automation in C#, Python and Dynamo for teams delivering data centers and other complex buildings, and writes the code for every SS Technologies project.

"When you work with us, you talk to the person who writes your code. I scope the job, build the tool, run the acceptance test with you and support it afterwards. No hand-offs, no account managers."

What working with the founder looks like

  • Scoping call: 30 minutes, free. You show the task; we ask how often it happens, how long it takes and who does it.
  • Written scope: deliverables, an acceptance test, a fixed price and a date.
  • Build: a short demo every week, and early versions you test on your own model.
  • Handover: source code, installer, user guide and training video, then a 30-day bug-fix warranty.

If the founder is unavailable

We take on a limited number of builds at a time, and we'll tell you the current start date on the scoping call. You also hold the full source code, the guide and the training video for your tool from handover onward, so another developer could pick it up. No license keys, no license server, no lock-in.

What we believe

Five principles we hold ourselves to.

1. Say what it costs.

Prices are on the website. After a scoping call you get a fixed price in writing for the pilot or first phase, and we quote every change before we make it.

2. Agree what "done" means first.

Every job has a written acceptance test, agreed before any code is written and run together with you at the end.

3. You own what you pay for.

Work made only for you is assigned to you in writing once paid in full. Our reusable components, including the data center Revit kit, come with a permanent, firm-wide, royalty-free license to use and change them on any project; we keep ownership so we can keep improving them. Open-source parts (for example pyRevit, GPL-3.0) stay under their own licenses, listed in your handover. Who owns what.

4. Don't fake proof.

No invented testimonials, logos or numbers. Real case studies will appear here only as clients give us written permission.

And always: NDA before files.

Before any file changes hands, we sign an NDA: yours, after a quick review, or our mutual one. We never name your company or project publicly without written permission.

What we don't do

Clear limits, so you know what you're buying.

  • Engineering design. No calculations of record, code-compliance certification or stamped drawings. Our tools apply rules and values that your engineer of record provides. Their outputs are drafting and data aids, not engineering calculations, code-compliance reviews or sealed documents. Your licensed professionals review the results and remain responsible for the design.
  • Full project modeling. We build tools, checks and content, not whole project models.
  • Reselling Autodesk licenses. You buy your software from Autodesk or your reseller.
  • Claiming an Autodesk relationship. We're an independent company. We aren't affiliated with Autodesk, and Autodesk doesn't endorse our services.
  • Putting your data into AI tools. We don't put your models, drawings or project data into AI tools. We may use AI coding assistants on our own code, and a person reviews and tests every line before delivery. AI is used on your data only with your written approval, in tools you approve.
  • Claiming certifications we don't hold. We don't hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, and we're happy to answer your security questionnaire.
How we work remotely

Remote, with clear response times.

We work remotely with design and construction teams across the US.

  • Written replies within one US business day
  • Live calls scheduled within US business hours by arrangement, on Teams, Zoom or Google Meet
  • A short weekly demo during every project
  • One point of contact: the person writing your code

Where is your team?

SS Technologies is a remote company. Before any file changes hands, we confirm in writing our registered entity and where your data would be accessed from, so you can check it against your contract (for example, US-persons-only access, background checks or CUI). If your project restricts who can see files, tell us on the scoping call.

What we're publishing.

We're a new firm, so this list is short and true. We add to it only when something is real.

And you don't have to take a big risk to find out: start with a $500 health check or a fixed-price pilot.
